Basic ingredients: Opened in 2005 but taken over by new owners in 2015, the mission of London’s first corporate cookery centre is to provide fun and hands-on cookery experiences. These range from team building and client entertaining to private events and hen parties. The two modern kitchens are custom-built to provide ample space for business professionals and partygoers to demonstrate their culinary (and competitive) flair and can accommodate groups of 7 to 75 people. Prices start from £75 for a pizza or pasta making course, including drinks.
They say: “Our cookery events are a ‘tried and tested’ way for professionals to strengthen their working relationships. The process is natural and unforced. Senior managers make fresh pasta with junior members of the team and departmental divides are crossed with conversations about making the perfect risotto.”
