Basic ingredients: Seasonal Living Nutrition courses run by chef and nutritionist Daphne Lambert and cohorts. These field-to-fork courses are hands-on residential weekends based on a beautiful 300-acre farm on the Devon-Dorset border, owned by Romy Fraser, the founder of Neal’s Yard Remedies.
