Basic ingredients: Informal hands-on classes for corporate groups, hen nights and private parties held on the edge of the City of London. Classes are run by Matt Kemp, whose kitchen CV includes the River Cafe and The Ivy, and are suitable for beginners as well as more adventurous cooks. Expect to learn a few secrets behind Michelin starred cooking. There is a choice of days, with the team building challenges proving popular among corporate clients. The food is modern and unfussy and there’s plenty of booze to go round.
