Basic ingredients: A newly opened venture by experienced chef Peter Bunting, Red Lodge offers half or full-day cookery courses in a converted barn and shoot lodge behind a walnut orchard in rural Norfolk. There are a number of hands-on options, from Aga and slow cooking to Cajun and sausage making and you’ll spend your time gaining tips and tricks from the well-travelled and passionate Bunting. An overnight package includes luxury accommodation, evening meal and breakfast. Half-day courses cost £55 per person and full-day courses cost £95.
