Basic ingredients: Hands-on cookery days and “watch and eat” demonstrations by David and a team of hand-picked “star” chefs (including Aiden Byrne and Tom Kerridge) at the homely school kitchen at the Walpole Arms in Norfolk. There are usually a couple of courses a month, both midweek and on Saturdays, ranging from Pig Out on Norfolk pork to More Scrumdiddlyumptious Vegetarian Delights.
