Novelli Academy

Basic ingredients: Based in the 14th-century home of chef Jean-Christophe Novelli, the Academy offers a choice of  one and two-day courses run by an international brigade of chefs. JCN himself runs a Tasting and Demonstration or an ultimate Masterclass. Courses are themed seasonally and have a maximum of 12 students. The day is a mixture of hands on, interactive and demonstration cookery in the country-style kitchen.
