Basic ingredients: Master patissier Eric Lanlard runs cookery classes in the modern open kitchen at his coffee and cake boutique. Classes usually have a maximum of eight students and range from day-long seasonal baking and chocolate masterclasses to an afternoon cupcake session . Events such as the Hen Party Champagne Afternoon Tea can be tailored to a particular favourite cake or dessert. As well as sweet treats there is a team of chefs on hand who offer custom-made classes in Italian, Asian, Thai and French cuisines.
