Basic ingredients: Leading cookery school at two-Michelin-starred chef Raymond Blanc’s country restaurant and hotel. One, two or four-day courses for novices, children, corporate clients and experienced cooks. Run by a crack team of three chefs hand-picked by Blanc. Day courses are packed with recipes, techniques and tips, plenty to eat and a wander around Le Manoir’s immaculate kitchen garden. Classes take place in a country-style kitchen adjacent to the restaurant kitchen, with demonstrations around a main island and hands-on work at well-stocked stations.
