Basic ingredients: Based in Rye, on England’s south coast in historic 1066 Country, the cookery school is a natural extension of Paul Webbe’s passion and knowledge gleaned from running a mini good food empire in the region. Webbe’s offers a range of innovative courses in a comfortable purpose-built kitchen. There are foraging days in the Sussex countryside and a Lobster and Shellfish course where students prepare a six-course shellfish lunch. From Source to Sauce days start at just £50 per person and include a visit to the Fish Market in Hastings.
