White Pepper Cookery Schhol runs some fantastic courses & also had a series of great kids cookery camp days in the summer to inspire younger cooks. I was very impressed by these and the professional approach to teaching the kids. My 6yr old son would have gone every day if he could have and has since used his new found skills at home too!

I’ve read the previous comments and can only say that none of you must have experienced BLACKHEATH COOKS yet. Joy and her team are simply amazing, catering for very young children, teens and us older students of good food. Their range of classes is outstanding; from knife skills and basic bread making through to sophisticated dinner party recipes, via a comprehensive range of Indian, Japanese & Thai classes; not forgetting specialist classes for chocolate making and theme menus. Additionally, the experience that everyone gets during a class at BLACKHEATH COOKS is simply the best and ensures that you will return time and again. Every teaching experience should be this good.

  16. Tracy says:

The Cambridge Cookery school is exceptional. Beautiful kitchen and fab equipment. The cookery courses are so varied and well thought out and I would rate them alongside Le Manoir. They are great fun yet professional and you can’t help but come away feeling inspired. The recipes covered on the course now regularly appear on our menu at home. I can’t wait to go on the next one!

  17. Yvette Frost says:

I want to propose Deborah Durrant Deliciously Raw. Her cooking is literally life saving, it can help change the way you eat and your relationship to food.

    Hope she wins

    Becky

  19. Alan Lee says:

Personally I haven’t been to the cookery school yet, but I first got to know Deborah and Deliciously Raw from Bristol Vegfest 2012 – she’s doing a cookery demo showing people how to make a raw chocolate cheesecake. And without the shadow of a doubt it’s the BEST cake I’ve ever tasted! That wonderful creation of Deborah will live long in my memory 🙂 And I really like Deborah’s passion, enthusiasm, creativitiy and friendliness. I’m really anxious to go to one of her cookery classes some time!
